I like to preach about the importance of analyzing and researching your niche or possible niche.

In this case i’m referring to potential niche. Because its about the people out there contemplating and planning a new business or side hustle of sorts.

I know you can easily get bogged down in details and possibilities and imagine all sorts of outcomes with your business idea. The thing is, some solid marketing research on your niche could really go a long ways to helping you get started on the right foot.

You’d take a gander at the customer you would be trying to sell to, the competition you’d be dealing with and whatever they are up to, the pricing you’re targeting, the growth potential, and so on.

Pretty important for any business to be fair, but for sure something you might want to think about when trying to break into a new market.

Or maybe once you’ve got rolling with something you use some research stuff to figure out where your opportunities are.

If you’re in this position give me a quick response - what things are you looking at to figure out what marketing moves to make next?
